They lay and stand in the fields in large groups, next to the highway. I think they were as curious about us and we were of them.

I was not happy about it, but I witnessed this little guy trap and kill his meal… a rabbit. The bigger one watching was hoping to get a taste, but the little one wasn’t having it. It was like watching a nature show on TV, but instead it was right in our back yard in the middle of the city.

Sunday Morning Sparrow

Sunday morning I was almost hit by this Sparrow as it flew into the livingroom and we have no idea how he/she got into the house. It was not concerned about us at all and just hopped around for about 15 minutes until he flew out the front door.
